Insurance Accepted

We accept most insurance plans. It is the patient's responsibility to find out what their co-pay and deductible are as well as if a referral is needed by contacting their insurance companies about coverage benefits for allergy services. We expect co-pays and deductibles to be paid at the time of service. If you have Cofinity insurance, then please verify if there are any precertification requirements for allergy testing. If you have any type of Medicaid coverage, then your primary care physician must contact us to schedule an appointment.
