Payment/billing arrangements:
We accept cash, credit, checks and money orders. If you have no insurance we ask that you pay $100 at first visit and monthly payments to keep the account active. You can also pay your bill online – this is explained on your monthly statement. If you have problems paying your bill please call our business manager, we make decisions on a case by case basis to determine how best to handle each situation. If you have a large deductible or no coverage please call ahead to make payment arrangements, we will come up with a plan that is best for both you and the practice.
