We accept most insurance plans, however, because there are hundreds of policies, it is the patients responsibility to find out co-pay requirements and if referral is needed. Call your insurance company and ask about coverage benefit for allergy services, there are a few policies that require the patient to pay 50%. We expect co-pays to be paid at the time of service. If you have Cofinity insurance please verify if you need precertification for allergy testing. If you have any type of Medicaid your primary care physician must call to schedule the appointment.
